A first-class marine engineer and M.O.T chief engineer, with more than 25 years of experience in pre-vetting vessels, pre-purchase inspections and internal and security audits, Mr. Nagesh Babu started his sailing career by serving prominent shipping companies. He started his onshore career as a Technical Superintendent and later was promoted to Senior Technical Superintendent.

Sanjay Shukla started as chief engineer and climbed the ladder all the way to becoming fleet superintendent and later a technical superintendent with a decade of experience in fleet management, supervision and inspection of vessels, Sanjay Shukla joined the team of Nan Lian as a technical superintendent.
